Calling All SJW VOLUNTEERS

The Music of A Charlie Brown Christmas, December 10-12

DETAILS:

We're so excited to be bringing back live, in-person performances of this popular holiday celebration for 2021, and we're looking for volunteers to help staff the event!

WHAT WE NEED

Ushers

A minimum of 6 volunteers per show. In addition to checking tickets and assisting patrons in finding open seats, this year ushers will be responsible for helping to ensure audience compliance with Stanford's COVID safety guidelines. Duties will include verifying proof of vaccination or recent negative test and reminding audience members of mask rules. To allow time for assignments and instructions, ushers will be expected to arrive for their shift 60 minutes before showtime.

Reception Support (Sunday, December 12)

A minimum of 3 volunteers to assist with set-up, food service, and clean up for the SJW members reception following Sunday's matinee performance. Reception volunteers will be able to watch the first half of the Sunday matinee show, but will need to report to the reception site by xx:xx.

If you have previously been approved as an SJW volunteer, please use the links below to request your preferred shift(s). SJW staff will follow up to confirm your availability and provide more details. If you've never volunteered with SJW before, please start by completing our volunteer application.

For more information, please contact Katie Ranftle or Sarah Watts.
