RESERVED SEATING CONCERTS
Our concerts in Bing Concert Hall and Dinkelspiel Auditorium offer reserved seating. You can select your own seats when placing your order online. Just click the Buy Tickets button on each event page for which you want to purchase tickets, and follow the prompts.
GENERAL ADMISSION CONCERTS
Our concerts in Campbell Recital Hall (and our Early Bird Jazz For Kids show in Dinkelspiel Auditorium) offer general admission seating on a first-come, first served basis for all ticketholders.
SJW MEMBER EARLY ACCESS AND TICKET PRICING
SJW Members enjoy up to three weeks early access to ticket sales, to be able to choose the best seats. SJW Members also receive a discount on all ticket purchases, up to $8 per ticket. Member prices are indicated on all event pages and will be activated when members log in to the ticketing system using their membership code. Click here for membership information.
TICKET FEES
There are no extra fees for tickets to the Stanford Jazz Festival. The price you see is the price you pay.
GROUP RATES
The Stanford Jazz Festival offers discounted tickets and reserved seats to groups of 10 or more, for individual performances. Call 650-249-4109 for more information.
STUDENTS & CHILDREN
Our student tickets are available to students from any school with valid student ID, which our ushers will check at the door. These tickets are also available to all children ages 17 and younger. Student and child ticket prices are indicated on each event page.
SPECIAL SEATING NEEDS

POLICIES
Ticket sales are non-refundable. Ticket exchanges are available for $2 per ticket for nonmembers, $1 per ticket to SJW members at the $150 – $299 level, and at no cost to SJW members at the $300 level and above. Will-call tickets must be picked up no later than 30 minutes prior to the start time of each performance. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager. Venue will-call and box office windows open one hour prior to each performance.

Public transportation via Caltrain & Marguerite
It’s easy to get to Stanford Jazz Festival venues via Caltrain and Stanford University’s free Marguerite shuttle bus system. Take Caltrain to the downtown Palo Alto station.
