1:00–1:25 p.m. Faculty mini-concert
1:30–2:55 p.m. Ensemble II

Pick-Up & Drop-Off
- Drop-off: 8:30–9:00 a.m. at the parking loop nearest Braun Music Center. SJW staff will check in and supervise students.
- Late arrival: If arriving after 9:00 a.m., please call the SJW office with the estimated time.
- Pick-up: 3:00 p.m. at Braun Music Center.
- Late pick-up option: 3:00–5:00 p.m., Mon–Thu supervised by SJW staff; $250/week. Pick up inside Braun Music Center.
Lunch
Choose our daily box-lunch plan (vegetarian/vegan available) or bring lunch from home.
Friday Showcase
Celebrate the week at our Friday afternoon Showcase—a free concert for family and friends featuring big band and combo performances. The performances typically take place between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM in a location either within or near the Braun Music Center. The exact time and location will be confirmed in your welcome email shortly before the program start date.
