Join Bay Area bassist Ruth Davies for our annual Blues Night, featuring legendary guitarist Chris Cain. Enjoy a soulful blend of Memphis-style electric blues, where deep vocals and jazz-inflected riffs echo the legacy of BB and Albert King. A night of powerful blues awaits.

Blues guitar virtuoso Chris Cain makes his debut at the beloved Ruth Davies’ Blues Night, bringing his electrifying guitar work and Memphis-style blues to this annual celebration. With a sound reminiscent of B.B. King and Albert King, yet undeniably his own, Cain’s jazz-infused riffs and deep, emotional storytelling have earned him a devoted following worldwide.

Raised on the blues, Cain grew up attending concerts with his father before launching his career with his award-winning 1987 debut album. He soon found himself sharing the stage with legends like Albert King and Albert Collins. Now, with a dozen albums to his name, Cain continues to deliver unforgettable, soul-stirring performances.

Curated by bassist Ruth Davies, this Blues Night features Bay Area blues and jazz greats in an evening of pure, authentic blues. Don’t miss it—get your tickets now!
