A stunning new jazz talent on vocals and trumpet.

“A millennial shaking up the jazz world.”
~ Vanity Fair

Bria Skonberg

A stunning new jazz talent on vocals and trumpet.

In the mold of fellow British Columbian Diana Krall, Bria Skonberg combines an astonishing mastery of her instrument and a gorgeous singing voice with a flair for airtight arrangements and highly entertaining performances. Not unlike Diana, Bria comes by her talent through hard work, determination, and a deep love of the tradition. In performance, she reaches back into jazz history almost as often as she looks forward, bringing an authenticity to the excitement of her stylistic journeys. With a major label recording contract and a dizzying international tour schedule, Bria is displaying her diverse jazz talents on the world stage.

Personnel:
Bria Skonberg, trumpet and vocals
Evan Arntzen, reeds
Mathis Picard, piano
Darrian Douglas, drums
