How to buy tickets

Purchase tickets online by clicking on the Get Tickets buttons above or below. Puchase tickets via telephone by calling 650-725-ARTS (2787).

Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Stanford Ticket Office, Tresidder Student Union, 459 Lagunita Dr., Stanford CA 94305, or by mail at 425 Santa Teresa Street, Stanford, CA 94305-2250.

 

Ticket pricing and seating for 2013

Bing Concert Hall. All performances in Bing Concert Hall feature reserved seating with tiered pricing: Premium/Section A/Section B/Section C. You can select your own seats by placing your order online, or by calling 650-725-2787.

Dinkelspiel Auditorium. All performances in Dinkelspiel Auditorium feature reserved seating and a specially-priced Premium Reserved seating area in the Center section. Prices for the Premium section are indicated by the first of the prices indicated for these performances: $(Premium) / $(General Admission) /$(Student). NOTE: All seats at these shows are reserved; select your own seats by placing your order online, or by calling 650-725-2787. Early Bird Jazz for Kids shows in Dinkelspiel are the exception: Children under 18 are admitted free, but each child must have a ticket. Adults are $5 in advance and $10 at the door. No reserved seating.

Campbell Recital Hall. All performances in Campbell Recital Hall are general admission. Seating is first-come, first served.

Discounts

The Jazz Trio 10% discount

Create your own mini-series and save. Order at least one ticket to three different festival events and receive 10% off the general admission price. For additional tickets at the discount price, order at least one ticket to three different additional festival events. No other discounts apply. A one-time fee of $11 will apply to your order regardless of the number of tickets purchased. This discount cannot be applied to Premium or Student tickets, to Early Bird Jazz shows, or to events in Bing Concert Hall.

Group rates

The Stanford Jazz Festival offers discounted tickets and reserved seats to groups of 10 or more for individual performances. Please email info@stanfordjazz.org or call 650-736-0324, extension 305 for information.

Students & children

Unless otherwise noted, $15 student tickets are available at all shows to full-time students with valid school ID and all children under 18.

Children under 18 are admitted free to the Early Bird Jazz for Kids shows on Saturday, June 29 and Saturday, July 13. All children must have a ticket; you can obtain your tickets online, on the phone at 650-725-2787, or at the door.

The Stanford Jazz Festival is committed to providing high quality cultural experiences for audiences of all ages. Some performances may not be suitable for young children. Regardless of age, all children must have a ticket. We ask that children attending ticketed Stanford Jazz Festival performances sit quietly throughout the performance.

Ticket policies

Tickets are non-refundable. Will-call tickets must be picked up no later than 30 minutes prior to the start time of each performance. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager. Artists in the festival lineup are subject to change. Venue will-call and box office windows open one hour prior to each performance.

Phone, online, mobile, mail, and fax orders are subject to a service fee of $4 per ticket for premium, reserved, and general admission tickets. For all student tickets and for adult tickets specifically to the SJW Early Bird Jazz and Everything You Wanted to Know shows, the service charge will be $2.50 per ticket. Jazz Trio and Group Rate purchases are subject to a service fee of $11 per order, regardless of the number of tickets purchased. In-person purchases at the Stanford Ticket Office or at the door do not have service charges.

If available, remaining tickets for each performance will be sold at the door, beginning one hour prior to start time.
