At the 2010 Stanford Jazz Workshop, a record number of jazz fans enjoyed more than 30 performances involving over 100 of the world's best artists. 600 Jazz Campers took their musicianship to a higher level, and played their tails off at the weekly Participant Recitals. Jazz Camp provides a fun, focused, and supportive environment where young musicians ages 12-17 study and play with motivated peers and a prestigious faculty of professional musicians and educators. Stay on campus or commute from home. Watch the Stanford Jazz Camp Overview video above to get an idea of what it's all about!
• Week 1: July 17-22, 2011
• Week 2: July 24-29, 2011

Jazz Residency offers adult musicians a week-long intensive interaction with jazz legends, top professionals, gifted educators, and motivated students from around the world. • Week 3, July 31-August 5, 2011

Evening Summer Classes offer musicians ages 12 and above a chance to develop their skills in a five-week series of classes held Monday and Wednesday evenings on the Stanford campus. Classes are taught by some of the Bay Area’s top jazz artists and educators, and include beginning and intermediate Jazz Piano, Jazz Theory, and the popular Jazz Camp Warm-up classes.
• June 13-July 14, 2011
