Stanford Jazz Festival Tickets Now on Sale!

How To Buy Tickets:

Online: Tickets may be purchased through the Festival's concert pages. To begin, visit Festival at a Glance
Phone: call the Stanford Ticket Office to speak to a representative at 650.725.2787 (ARTS).
Fax: complete a Ticket Order Form and fax to 650.725.6230
Mail: Complete a Ticket Order Form and mail to:

In Person: Stanford Ticket Office, Tresidder Student Union, 459 Lagunita Dr Stanford CA 94305

Ticket Order Forms (for mail or fax orders) will be posted here May 10. Festival calendars and ticket order forms are also available by calling or emailing our offices at 650.736.0324 or info@stanfordjazz.org.

Phone and online orders are subject to a service fee of $3.50 per ticket (with the exception of Take 5! tickets and morning matinees, which are assessed a special lower fee of $1.50 each). Mail or fax orders for fewer than three (3) performances are subject to a service fee of $3.50 per ticket. Mail or fax orders for three (3) or more performances, including Festival Pass subscriptions, are subject to a service fee of $7.50 per order.

Pending availability, single tickets are for sale at the door prior to each event beginning one hour prior to concert start time.

There is no service or handling fee charged on tickets purchased in person at the Stanford Ticket Office in the Tresidder Student Union (map); or on tickets purchased at the door prior to an event if available.

Artists, concerts and festival schedule are subject to change without notice.

Discount Tickets:

Available by phone, mail, fax, or in person at the Stanford Ticket Office:

  • TAKE 5! Ticket Program - find out about Stanford Jazz's Family Discount Pricing, offering tickets to Dinkelspiel concerts for only $5 per ticket for those under 18 and $5 off of General Admission for adults (maximum of two adults per party).
  • Festival Subscription: Save 40%
    Festival Subscriptions are available, providing one admission to every concert event. Festival subscribers save more than 40 percent on the price of general admission tickets.
  • The Jazz Sextet: Save 15%
    Create your own ideal series and save. Order at least one ticket to six or more festival events and receive 15 percent off the general admission price. No other discounts apply.
  • The Jazz Trio: Save 10%
    Create your own mini-series and save. Order at least one ticket to three festival events and receive 10 percent off the general admission price. No other discounts apply.
  • Students: Save 40%
    Students with valid ID and youth under age 18 receive a 40% discount on average on the price of general admission tickets. Discounted student tickets may be limited for selected performances. No other discounts apply.
  • Group Tickets
    Stanford Jazz Festival offers discounted tickets and reserved seats to groups of 10 or more. Please contact David Miller at the Stanford Jazz Workshop office for group rates and information, 650.736.0324 x 306 or at dmiller@stanfordjazz.org.
 

Policies & Information:

Seating: Seating for all Stanford Jazz Festival events is general admission. Venues open for seating 30-45 minutes prior to performance.

Policies: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Will-call tickets must be picked up no later than 10 minutes prior to the start time of each performance. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager. Artists in the festival lineup are subject to change. Venue will-call and box office windows open one hour prior to each performance.

Children: Stanford Jazz Workshop is committed to providing high quality cultural experiences for audiences of all ages. Some performances may not be suitable for young children. Regardless of age, all children must have a ticket. We ask that children attending ticketed Stanford Jazz Festival performances sit quietly throughout the performance.
